New Orleans Reunion - SBL 2009

Alumni & faculty in town for the SBL convention are warmly invited to the home of local alum Amy Hamilton (MCS’01), Sunday evening, Nov 21 at around 7:00 PM. Since hearing about New Orleans as the site for the 2009 annual SBL meetings, Amy has wanted to provide an opportunity to meet and connect with visiting Regent alums & faculty in town for the event.  Please accept this warm invitation to some Louisana hospitality, and enjoy this informal get together in the courtyard of Amy's home on 1136 Bourbon St Lower - New Orleans (just a few minutes walk from the SBL convention site). Chapel Homily — Sunday July 27, 2008 My text is from Matthew chapter 10 verse 16, ‘be as wise as serpents and as innocent as doves’.At a theatre in London recently I was looked firmly in the eye by C.S. Lewis.  He was peering down from a great height and looking rather severely at me.How could that be I hear you thinking.  The venue was a production of Shadowlands which is about the marriage of C.S.
